General Warranty Conditions of ALLTRONIC Powersystems GmbH


(As of March 1, 2026) all previous editions lose their validity.


ALLTRONIC GmbH (hereinafter referred to as: ALLTRONIC) guarantees its customers who
have purchased one or more products from ALLTRONIC, essentially no defects in
material or workmanship. ALLTRONIC grants a warranty in addition to the statutory
warranty claims in accordance with the following conditions.
The warranty is not transferable and is limited to the original customer, unless
prohibited by applicable law.


§ 1 Scope of Warranty


Paragraph 1:
The warranty is provided in such a way that parts which, despite proper

treatment and observance of the operating instructions, have become defective due to manufacturing
and/or material defects, will be replaced or repaired free of charge at ALLTRONIC's discretion.

Batteries/rechargeable batteries are excluded from this regulation.
Alternatively, ALLTRONIC reserves the right to exchange the complained device
for a replacement device with comparable or greater functionality.
Manuals, any supplied software including firmware and
replacement batteries/rechargeable batteries are excluded from the warranty.
Paragraph 2:
The costs for material to repair a product are borne by ALLTRONIC.
The costs for collecting or shipping a replacement device are borne by the customer
or carried out by arrangement. If a service contract has been concluded for the defective
part, the terms of the contract apply. When using an
on-site service technician, we must charge the costs for travel and expenses.
Paragraph 3:
Replaced parts become the property of ALLTRONIC.
Paragraph 4:
ALLTRONIC is entitled, beyond repair and replacement, to make technical
changes (e.g. firmware updates) to adapt the device to the current state
of the art. This does not incur any additional costs for the customer. There is no
legal right to this.


§ 2 Warranty Period


Paragraph 1:
ALLTRONIC grants a standard warranty of 24 months on all products.
The warranty period begins on the day of delivery by ALLTRONIC. Warranty services
provided by ALLTRONIC do not extend the warranty period, nor do they
initiate a new warranty period. The warranty period for installed spare parts
or replacement devices ends with the warranty period for the original device.
Paragraph 2:
In addition, an optional warranty extension to 36/48/60 months is available. It
extends the standard warranty to 36/48/60 months including batteries/rechargeable batteries. The
warranty extension can be purchased during the entire duration of the standard warranty.
The warranty extension applies per serial number. Should, in the event of a
malfunction report by the customer, the registration of a valid
warranty extension not be found, the customer must provide proof.

§ 3 Behavior in Case of Malfunction


Paragraph 1:
In case of a malfunction, the customer contacts the ALLTRONIC service hotline: Tel. +49
(0) 9075 – 95883-28. The customer is willing to rectify the cause of the error themselves
with the help of telephone consultation. If the customer refuses to do so, ALLTRONIC can be
released from the warranty. If the customer cannot rectify the error, they will be informed
by customer service about further processing measures.

§ 4 Processing


Paragraph 1:
If defects in the device appear within the warranty period, warranty claims
must be asserted without delay, but no later than within seven days. For this purpose,
ALLTRONIC provides the option to report under www.alltronic-net.de.
ALLTRONIC may refuse warranty processing if the customer's defect description does not
provide any indication of a warranty case.
Paragraph 2:
ALLTRONIC usually handles warranty claims according to the "Bring in" procedure. This means
that after a complete repair registration and, if necessary, technical clarification, the
defective device is sent to ALLTRONIC. Upon arrival, the focus is on troubleshooting.
Only when the error has been rectified will the device be returned.
We would be happy to offer you a rental system or a new device for the repair period;
our sales department will inform you about the costs.
Paragraph 3:
The customer must pack the device for transport to ALLTRONIC securely for transport.
The ticket number communicated by ALLTRONIC must be clearly visible on the outside of the
transport packaging. Upon request, the original invoice must be presented to ALLTRONIC.
Shipments without a ticket number will generally be checked at cost.
Paragraph 4:
Transport to ALLTRONIC is at the customer's own risk. Return transport is at the
expense of the sender. Devices with a valid warranty extension are excluded from this.
The return delivery is to:

If transport damage occurs during transport from ALLTRONIC to the customer,
which is externally recognizable, the goods must be accepted subject to reservation and the
transport damage noted on the delivery receipt. Acceptance can also be refused.
In both cases, this must be reported immediately to the company commissioned with the
transport and to ALLTRONIC. Damage not externally recognizable must be reported
immediately after discovery, but no later than within three days of delivery,
in writing to the transport company and ALLTRONIC.
Paragraph 5:
The scope of delivery of the replacement device generally does not include accessories such as cables,
interface cards, etc.
Paragraph 6:
ALLTRONIC offers a paid on-site service, which can be commissioned separately at any time.
On-site service is not part of the warranty.


§ 5 Unreturned Goods


Should the complained device not arrive at ALLTRONIC within 14 days of receipt of the replacement device,
ALLTRONIC will invoice the new price of the delivered device.

§ 6 Unannounced Returns


In the case of unauthorized returns (cf. 4.), the processing time is extended.
ALLTRONIC will provide the customer with an offer in the case of a paid exchange.
If no order for the exchange has been placed within 2 weeks,
ALLTRONIC will dispose of the returned device at cost.

§ 7 Error Analysis


ALLTRONIC regularly conducts error analyses on complained devices as part of its quality assurance measures
when required. A customer is not entitled to a detailed error report.

§ 8 Data Backup


It is the customer's responsibility to back up software and/or data installed or stored on the device,
in particular the configuration of the device. ALLTRONIC is entitled to delete the configuration
of the device sent in by the customer and/or to return this device or a replacement device
with a different version of the firmware. ALLTRONIC assumes no liability for damages caused by data loss,
by a device exchange, or by the installation of a different version of the firmware as part of the warranty process.
The customer has no right to restore their hardware or software configuration.


§ 9 Exclusion of Warranty


Any warranty claims are excluded in particular,
• if the sticker with the serial number has been removed from the device,
• if the seals on the device have been removed,
• if the device has been damaged or destroyed by force majeure or environmental influences
(humidity, lightning, dust, etc.),
• if the device has been stored or operated under conditions that are outside

the technical specifications (batteries: 2 weeks above 25 °C; UPS
systems 2 weeks above 40 °C)

• if the damage was caused by improper handling – in particular by
non-observance of the system description and operating instructions –
• if the device has been opened, repaired, or modified by persons not commissioned
by ALLTRONIC or by unauthorized persons,
• if the device shows mechanical damage of any kind,
• if the warranty claim has not been reported in accordance with Section 4.1 or
transport damage has not been reported in accordance with Section 4.4.


§ 10 Operating Errors


If it turns out that the reported malfunction of the device was obviously caused by
faulty third-party hardware, software, installation, operation, or force majeure
or if the customer's error description turns out to be obviously misleading, ALLTRONIC reserves
the right to charge the customer for the incurred costs.


§ 11 Supplementary Regulations


Paragraph 1:
This warranty does not establish further claims, in particular those for
damages (compensation for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, etc.),
withdrawal, or reduction. Statutory claims, e.g., for personal injury or damage to privately used
items according to the Product Liability Act or in cases of intent or gross negligence,
remain unaffected.
Paragraph 2:
The warranty is granted only to the customer and is not transferable.

Paragraph 3:
The warranty conditions apply exclusively to Germany. Additional
cross-border activities may incur additional costs, which may be charged separately.
Paragraph 4:
The place of jurisdiction is Dillingen a. d. Donau
• if the customer is a merchant,
• if the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in the Federal Republic
of Germany or has moved their domicile or habitual residence outside the scope
of the Federal Republic of Germany after conclusion of the contract,
• if the customer's domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time of filing
the lawsuit.
Paragraph 5:
By activating (= upon receipt of payment) the warranty registration, the customer
acknowledges these general warranty conditions.
Paragraph 6:
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to this warranty.
