The DRS-480 power supplies from MEAN WELL with UPS function are designed for DIN rail mounting and are ideal for use in control cabinets. With an input voltage range of 90 to 305VAC, they are also suitable for unstable power grids. They offer high efficiency of up to 93.5% and operate in a temperature range of
-30 °C to +70 °C.
The DRS power supplies have two outputs: one for direct power supply and a second for charging lead-acid or LiFePO4 batteries. Via the MODBus interface (optional CANBus), the charging parameters can be adjusted with the SBP-001 programming device. Alternatively, the charging parameters can also be set via DIP switches and potentiometers.
The DRS series is certified according to EN/UL 62368-1 and complies with EN 54-4, UL 2524, and GB 17945 standards for fire alarm systems. The DRS-240 and DRS-480 are ideal for security and fire protection systems, emergency lighting, alarm systems, central monitoring systems, and access control systems.
